Terms and Conditions for the Evoke Music Video Challenge
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in Amadeus Code, Inc. (4-22-12 Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan)(“Amadeus Code”)’s the competition Evoke Music Video Challenge (the “Competition”). By entering the Competition, you accept the Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Competition and you will not be eligible to win any prizes.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPETITION: Amadeus Code host the Competition to promote Evoke Music and encourage the audience to make a creative video which they can upload to their own social media platform of their choice (YouTube or Instagram).
LEGIBILITY: Entry is open to entrants over the age of 16 and that complies with the Terms of Service for Evoke Music.
No purchase is required to enter the Competition, but you’ll need a social media account (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), email address, internet access and Evoke Music account. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of a social media account, email address, Evoke Music account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Competition.
TO ENTER: To enter the Competition, you need to
1. Sign up for an Evoke Music subscription through the Amadeus Code’s or Partner’s link
2. Shoot and edit your video, the length of the footage should be sixty (60) seconds or less, with the chosen track (or multiple) from Evoke Music. You can choose how many tracks you want.
4. Upload your video on your public SNS account (YouTube or Facebook) with three hashtags below.

4. Submit your video by uploading the video link on Entry Form.
Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties.
By submitting your entry, you warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into the Competition.
Your entry shall be wholly original and shall not include design elements or other materials created by a third party or to which a third party for any other reason holds any rights (the use of Evoke Music excluded). Further the entry shall not infringe upon or violate any copyright or any other rights of any person, including without limitation that you have obtained permission from any identifiable persons figured in the entry. Please note that third party terms and conditions apply (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
COMPETITION PERIOD: The start date for entries is 11th of October 2021. The closing date for entries is 11th of November 2021 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the promotion.
The winners will be chosen based on the following criteria:
・Number of views
・Likes, retweets, and other engagements
・Originality
Amadeus Code’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Competition (including the prizes), nor Amadeus Code need to motivate its decision and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Please also note that you need to accept the respective terms and conditions applicable for the prizes in order to be eligible for and awarded the prizes.
Amadeus Code reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of it) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winners. Please note that the winners are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their redemption or use of the prizes. Please also note that third party terms and conditions may apply to the prizes.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS: The winners will be announced on November 25th, 2021 on the Evoke Music’s site.
PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you during this Competition. If you have any questions about data protection or require further information, please contact us at support@evokemusic.ai. By submitting your entry through this Competition, you hereby grant Amadeus Code permission to, during an unlimited period of time, the right to make your submitted video available on Amadeus Code’́s owned and operated Social Media platforms and channels, without any compensation.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Amadeus Code will have no responsibility for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.
Amadeus Code reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with the Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Amadeus Code and the Partner reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Amadeus Code, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Amadeus Code nor any of its officers, employees or agentsshall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise): any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Competition and/or the prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same), resulting from any cause whatsoever; orany loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by Japanese law. This means that your entry into the competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Japanese law.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
SPIRIT OF THE COMPETITION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Competition by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Amadeus Code reserves the right to render your entry invalid.

You acknowledge that YouTube,TikTok, Instagram, Facebook shall not have any liability to you in connection with the Competition. Amadeus Code reserves the right to disqualify any entrant posting an entry or a comment to Amadeus Code’s SNS that is, in Amadeus Code’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other entrants or directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such entry or comment.
